Join the TIGLOO Team as a Level 2 Support & Maintenance Engineer!
We are seeking a Level 2 S&M Engineer to to support and maintain border management solutions deployed in airports and national infrastructure.
We are looking for you if you have the availability and performance of eGates, software applications, and integrated peripherals, while providing advanced technical support and collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams. This role is 100% conducted in English.
Your responsabilities...
Provide technical level 2 support and incident management.
Collaboration and escalation of complex issues to Level 3 when necessary.
Knowledge management and training.
Monitoring and governance of Level 1-2 partner suppliers and escalating performance concerts to SDM.
Participate in integration testing and support deployment of software and hardware.
Continuous improvement (support processes, document and operational procedures, service optimization, etc.).
Reporting incidents and problems. Contribute to internal and customer-facing reporting.
Support in training and onboarding.

Perfil
What are we looking for?
At least 5 years of proved experience in application support, IT infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
Intermedium English level (B2) – assessment will be conducted.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration. Good understanding of databases, networking, and hardware maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with customers and technical teams.
Based in Madrid. 50% based in the Madrid office and ~40% working at customer sites (ports) throughout Spain. ~ 10% Occasional travel within EMEA.
Nice to have...
Knowledge of border management, transportation, security, or critical infrastructure systems.
Experience with service management processes and SLA-driven environments.
Previous exposure to international projects and distributed support teams.
