As part of our search for new professionals, Tigloo is looking for an Incident Manager to join a critical IT environment with high business expectations and a strong focus on service quality.

Your mision

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working in demanding and fast-paced environments, and acting as a key point of contact between technical teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders.

We are looking for you if you have an IT background (Vocational Training – IT, ASIR or similar), experience in corporate IT environments, and advanced English skills (minimum C1 level), as this role is 100% conducted in English.

Your responsabilities

  • Lead and manage major IT incidents (P1/P2), ensuring proper prioritization, coordination, and resolution.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal IT teams, external service providers, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive crisis management calls and war rooms, maintaining clear, controlled, and effective communication at all times.
  • Ensure accurate incident tracking, reporting, and formal closure in line with established processes.
  • Provide regular operational and executive reporting on incident status and trends.
  • Perform post-incident reviews (RCA), identify recurring issues, and propose continuous improvement actions to reduce future business impact.
